Pivote LM was founded in Singapore in 2026 by four trainers who kept seeing the same problem: small companies were underserved by an industry built for bigger budgets. Generic courses, rigid formats and little follow-up support left business owners frustrated and their teams undertrained.

We started Pivote LM to change that, bringing certified, small-business-specific training directly to where you work.

As we grow, we’re expanding our course library and trainer network, but our focus stays the same: helping small companies build capable, adaptable teams that can compete with anyone.

Janus is an ACTA Certified Trainer and ICF Certified Coach with over 20 years across adult education, digital marketing and corporate training. As a foundational content creator for TikTok Singapore, she's reached over a million viewers and delivers courses on short-form video, personal branding and workplace communication.

Susan Kwa

Susan brings over 20 years of consulting experience, from qualitative market research to workplace consulting and adult education. An IHRP Certified Professional and ICF-trained coach, she's trained 2,000+ learners in Generative AI and prompt engineering, and speaks widely on innovation and organisational development, including at the IAL Learning Festival.

Jonathan Lim

Jonathan is an ACTA-certified corporate trainer and business strategist with over 20 years across sales, marketing and design in Southeast Asia. He's engaged over 4,000 healthcare professionals through multi-country webinars and now delivers workshops on generative AI, design with AI and AI videography.

Kirby Poh

Kirby is an ACLP-certified trainer and facilitator who's also built a business from the ground up. He co-founded an IT services company and scaled it to a regional presence across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, giving him real insight into what small companies need to grow.
