Pivote LM

Pivote LM was founded in Singapore in 2026 by four trainer-consultants - Janus, Jonathan, Susan and Kirby - who kept seeing the same problem: generic courses, one-size-fits-all consulting and little follow-up support left small business owners frustrated and their teams stretched thin.

We started Pivote LM to change that. We bring skills and training development, coaching and job redesign directly to SMEs, created around their reality rather than borrowed from bigger businesses.

As we grow, we’ll expand what we offer and who we work with, but our focus stays the same: helping small companies turn the people they already have into capable, adaptable teams that can compete with anyone.

Pivote LM’s founders

Janus Chan

Through coaching and mentoring, Janus guides emerging leaders and staff in transition. She also trains teams in workplace communication and short-form video creation for social media marketing.

Besides being an ICF-certified coach and ACTA-certified trainer with more than 20 years in adult education, she is a foundational educational content creator for TikTok Singapore.

Susan Kwa

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, from qualitative market research for FMCG, technology and financial services clients to workplace consulting, Susan redesigns jobs and develops WSQ-compliant courseware.

She's also an IHRP Certified Professional and ICF-trained coach and has introduced more than 2,000 learners to prompt engineering.

Jonathan Lim

Jonathan applies more than 20 years of business strategising and design experience across Southeast Asia to job redesign for SMEs and training in generative AI, designing with AI and AI videography.

As a sales and marketing pro and an ACTA-certified trainer, he has engaged more than 4,000 healthcare professionals through multi-country webinars.

Poh Kirby

Having co-founded an IT services company and scaled it into a 20-person team across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, Kirby knows what growth demands of a lean business.

An ACLP-certified trainer, he teaches generative AI, cybersecurity and business skills. He also builds SMEs' online presence through web design, development and digital marketing.
